Privacy Policy

Privacy and data protection is reflected in this Privacy Statement which describes how we collect and process "personal information" that identifies you, like your name or email address. Any other information besides this is "non-personal information." If we store personal information with non-personal information, we'll consider that combination to be personal information.

References to our "Services" at Wulu in this statement include our website, autonomous AI agent platform, and other products and services. This statement applies to our Services that display or reference this Privacy Statement. Third-party services that we integrate with through our MCP server connections are governed under their own privacy policies.

Wulu does not collect biometric or identifying information beyond what is necessary for service provision. All data is processed securely within isolated execution environments, and any personal data is deleted upon account removal.

Information Gathering

We learn information about you when:

You directly provide it to us.

For example, we collect:

Name and contact information. We collect details such as name and email address for account creation and communication.
Payment information. If you make a purchase, we collect credit card numbers, financial account information, and other payment details through secure payment processors.
Content and files. We collect and retain the documents, code, data, or other files you provide to our AI agent for processing, including conversation history and task requests.
Agent interactions. We log your conversations with the AI agent, task requests, and preferences to improve service quality and provide personalized assistance.

We collect it automatically through our products and services.

For instance, we collect:

Identifiers and device information. When you visit our websites or use our agent, our servers log your Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device, including device identifiers, device type, operating system, browser, and other software including type, version, language, settings, and configuration.
Geolocation data. Depending on your device and app settings, we may collect geolocation data when you use our Services for location-aware tasks.
Usage data. We log your activity on our platform, including agent interactions, task completion rates, feature usage, time spent, and other details about your use of our autonomous AI agent services.
Agent execution data. We collect metadata about tasks performed by the AI agent on your behalf, including execution logs, performance metrics, and error reports to improve service reliability.

Someone else tells us information about you.

Third-party sources include, for example:

MCP server integrations. Information from the 500+ Model Context Protocol servers that our agent connects to on your behalf, subject to their respective privacy policies.
Third-party applications. Data from external APIs, databases, and services that you authorize our agent to access for task completion.
Service providers. Third parties that collect or provide data in connection with work they do on our behalf, for example, companies that determine your device's location based on its IP address.

When we try and understand more about you based on information you've given to us.

We infer new information from other data we collect, including using automated means to generate information about your likely preferences, task patterns, or other characteristics ("inferences"). For example, we may infer your preferred working hours based on when you typically interact with the agent, or your technical skill level based on the types of tasks you request.

To improve and develop our AI capabilities, agent performance, and service reliability

Information Sharing

We share information about you:

When we've asked & received your consent to share it, such as when you authorize our agent to access third-party services on your behalf.
As needed, including to MCP server providers and third-party service integrations, to process or provide Services or products to you, but only if those entities agree to provide at least the same level of privacy protection we're committed to under this Privacy Statement.
To comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal processes, provided that we'll notify you unless we're legally prohibited from doing so. We'll only release personal information if we believe in good faith that it's legally required.
Only if we reasonably believe it's necessary to prevent harm to the rights, property, or safety of you or others, including preventing misuse of our agent capabilities.
In the event of a corporate restructuring or change in our organizational structure or status to a successor or affiliate.

Please note that our AI agent integrates with hundreds of MCP servers and third-party services whose privacy practices may differ from ours. When you authorize our agent to access these services, that data interaction is governed by their respective privacy statements in addition to this policy.

Finally, we may share non-personal information, such as aggregated usage statistics and performance metrics, in accordance with applicable law.

Data Security and Agent Isolation

We implement robust physical, business, and technical security measures to safeguard your personal information. Our AI agent operates in isolated Docker containers with restricted access, ensuring that your data and tasks are processed securely. Each agent session is sandboxed and monitored for security compliance. In the event of a security breach, we'll notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps. We only keep your personal information for as long as is needed to provide our services. After that, we securely destroy it unless required by law.

Agent Data Processing

When our AI agent performs tasks on your behalf, it may process various types of data including documents, web content, system information, and API responses. This processing occurs within secure, isolated environments and is subject to the same privacy protections as other personal information. The agent does not retain task-specific data beyond what is necessary for service improvement and your conversation history.

Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your agent's permissions, review conversation history, and control data sharing preferences through your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to stop processing your information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
