PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY WULU AI. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WULU AUTONOMOUS AI AGENT PLATFORM.

Service Description and Capabilities

Wulu provides an autonomous AI agent platform with the following comprehensive capabilities:

  • File Management & Document Processing: Creating, editing, organizing, and processing documents across multiple formats including professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs.
  • Advanced Web Search & Research: Multi-source intelligent search across academic databases, news sources, social media, forums, and specialized websites with synthesis and fact-checking capabilities.
  • Command-Line Execution & System Tasks: Secure execution of system commands, scripts, and automation tasks within isolated environments.
  • Website Deployment & Hosting: End-to-end website creation and deployment capabilities including complete web applications and hosting configuration.
  • 500+ MCP Server Integration: Extensive integration with Model Context Protocol servers providing access to databases, APIs, cloud services, and specialized tools.
  • Scheduled Task Automation: Advanced scheduling system for recurring tasks and workflows with 24/7 automated execution.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using the Service, you agree that it is intended solely for the purpose of using an autonomous AI agent to help accomplish real-world tasks through natural conversation. You acknowledge and agree that when using the Service, you must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, data, or systems you ask the Agent to access or modify. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is legal and that you have the necessary rights for any tasks you perform.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that would:

  • Violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Involve unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to services
  • Create malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Generate false information with intent to harm others
  • Create content that exploits or abuses children
  • Promote violence or illegal activities

Agent Execution Environment and Security

The Agent operates within isolated Docker containers designed to provide security and prevent unauthorized access to external systems. While we implement robust security measures, you acknowledge that the Agent's capabilities include system-level access and network connectivity. You are responsible for ensuring that any tasks you request are appropriate and do not violate security policies of your organization or third-party systems. The Company is not liable for any security incidents or unauthorized access that may result from Agent operations performed at your request.

Third-Party Integrations and MCP Servers

The Service integrates with hundreds of third-party MCP servers and APIs to provide extended functionality. These integrations are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers. You are responsible for complying with all applicable terms when using these integrations through our Agent. The Company does not guarantee the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services and is not liable for any issues arising from their use.

Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to provide reliable service, the autonomous nature of the AI Agent means that task completion times and success rates may vary. We do not guarantee that the Agent will successfully complete all requested tasks or that results will meet your expectations. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Fees and Payments

The Company may offer paid Services with various subscription tiers based on usage levels and features. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the website or by emailing us at [email protected]. Usage-based charges may apply for certain Agent capabilities such as extensive web crawling, large file processing, or high-volume API integrations.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AGENT-GENERATED CONTENT OR AGENT-PERFORMED ACTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, all Agent sessions will be immediately terminated and any scheduled tasks will be cancelled. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

Age Requirements

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. Given the powerful capabilities of our AI Agent, including system access and automation features, we require adult supervision for users under 18.
